Submission of the application by the volunteer nominees to the regional election sub-commission and the counting of the preliminary votes commence.

Regional sub-election commission will study, if the volunteer nominees have qualified with requisite for election

Time allotted to any of the nominees or applicants who wants to resign their names voluntarily from the up-coming election.

Time allotted to the regional sub-commission to prepare/submit the names of the volunteer and the final voting result (of preliminary election) to the centre election commission.

From the date when centre sent the preliminary result to regional until the date of announcement of final date for election; In between the time period of 60 days. The regional election sub-commission has to collect the short bio and latest color photograph of those nominees who fall under their jurisdiction. They have to investigate if they fulfill the requisite to stand for election and hence-forth they have to submit the same to centre election commission.
By the same, those who don't want to stand for election have to send an application for resignation to the centre election commission.
